Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include all tags.

All discontinued items, sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and non-refundable.

If an incorrect or defective item was sent due to an error by Lashes2Cute, please contact us immediately at customerservice@lashes2cute.com so we can make it right.

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Route Protection Package

We strongly recommend keeping Route Protection at checkout. Route helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If Route Protection is removed, Lashes2Cute is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

Please note: carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before arrival. We recommend waiting 24 hours before filing a claim.
